     According to KIYALEI and Superprof Indonesia partnership meeting in January 2025 (SIK/25/I/02.94-00004) and Tesol Department of Silla University, Republik of Korea that has been affiliated to us. We kindly inform you that KIYA Language Education Institute admin number will contact every student due to the efficiency and transparent tracking of payments. Also gently remind every instructor under the KIYA Language Education Institute must inform their Superprof students.

          Admin will inform students regarding with these following points :

1.  Students are active or non-active based on their last payment, either every month or semester.
2. Students session informations. After every finished session with instructor, student will recieve a message in order to confirm and indicate whether the meeting is actually held or fake meeting.
3. Students will also recieve receipt after sending the payment transaction history or evidence.
4. A meeting can only be rescheduled twice in a month. If there is more admin will send you a message to confirm regarding to it.
5. Students also can inform the admin regarding with the reschedule if the instructor order or respond the message late due to their busyness.
